execution and delivery of a lease schedule and payment schedule
corresponding to a master equipment lease-purchase agreement with PNC
Equipment Finance, LLC, as lessor, for the acquisition, purchase, financing
and leasing of certain equipment within the terms herein provided;
authorizing the execution and delivery of other documents required in
connection therewith; and authorizing all other actions necessary to the
consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution
f. Resolution proposing the borrowing of up to $1,826,703 from the Delaware
Department of Health and Social Services and the Delaware Drinking Water
State Revolving Fund to provide funding for the East Commerce Street Water
Main Replacement Project and scheduling a hearing to receive public
comments on the proposed borrowing
g. Resolution proposing the borrowing of up to $1,940,881 from the Delaware
Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control and the
Delaware Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund to provide funding for the
East Commerce Street Sewer Replacement Project and scheduling a hearing
to receive public comments on the proposed borrowing
