Item 9 - Old business, including discussion and possible action on the following items:
a. Resolution authorizing fence adjustment to install fences within electric easement area for certain properties situated in the Hickory Hollow subdivision*
b. Fence adjustment request for 117 Climbing Vine Avenue
c. Third reading, Ord. No. 023-20, an ordinance to amend Chapter 70 (Utilities) Article II (Water and Sewer System), Division 3 (Connections) to clarify the Town’s ability to charge fees for connections to the Town’s water and sewer system

a. Authorize Kent County Levy Court to Administer CDBG
b. Request from the owners of Lincoln Place Apartments at 24 E. Mt. Vernon for a change in the traffic pattern on a portion of Lincoln Street, from one-way to two-way, to improve access to the apartments
c. Consideration to authorize successor Teamsters Local 326 Collective Bargaining Agreement, 1/1/2021 – 12/31/2023
d. Consideration to adopt Town Pension and Cash Reserve Policy
